GRO Catering requires a minimum of 48 hours of advance notice. Popular dates during the Holiday and Wedding seasons become booked quickly. We take a limited number of catering jobs on each date. Therefore, scheduling early will ensure that GRO will be available to cater your event. It's never too early to reserve your date!
Once we have customized a menu for your event, a signed contract and a 25% deposit is required to secure the date of your event. The deposit is applied to your final balance. Note: Deposits are non-refundable.
Your final guest count is due 7 days prior to your event. If booked within 7 days of your event, final count is due at booking.
Your final payment is due on or before the date of your event unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept cash, check, or credit cards.
Contact our office to begin the process – we listen and understand your needs, then plan your menu. Each event is customized to meet your menu, budget, and service requirements. We know the "tricks of the trade" to help you achieve what you want. We may not be able to meet every budget, but we believe that part of our job is to share our expertise with you in a way that will help you make the best decisions for a successful event.
Yes, we are licensed in the states of Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
GRO Catering does not carry a Liquor License but does have a list of Recommended Licensed Bartending Services to handle that portion of your event. Because we do not have a Liquor License, GRO Catering is not able to serve or service any portion of alcohol at events.
They are yours! GRO Catering brings disposible containers for your convenience.
We would love for you to come in and meet us for a tasting. It's a great time for us to meet and discuss the details of your event. You may taste up to 4 items at no charge. We also offer a $40 per person tasting fee if tasting an entire menu from our provided proposal.
Yes, because everything is made in-house, we are very aware of today's special dietary restraints. Please let us know your special needs and we will be happy to suggest menu options.
